Former editor-in-chief of Health Mag, Home Living, Rachel joins Healthy Wire as Editorial Director, overseeing magazine, web and book content for Healthy Wire Media Group. Rachel grew up in Canada, holds a B.A. from USC and has completed the Stanford Professional Publishing program. She has written extensively on travel, food, the environment and the outdoors. Her passion for these topics comes together here at Healthywire. Rachel lives in a cabin in the woods in Idaho.

Jessica Smith, Senior Editor
Jessica is Healthy Wire’s Senior Editor, Features & Nutrition. She has a master’s degree in nutrition and food sciences. Jessica has held staff positions at Nature and Health magazines and as a freelance journalist contributed nutrition, health and psychology features to various publications, including Cooking Light, Men’s Health, Fitness, Ladies’ Home Journal and Family Circle. Jessica lives in Washington with her husband and son and dog Majestic.
